Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === Since revolution of education had occurred, a lot of scholars didn’t agree that revolution has got the result of lightening student's burden of studying. There is also no any obvious evidence to show that students have made process in their achievements. Therefore, to evaluate and improve the performance of students learning, an assessment system is required to evaluate students learning performance. This research figures out the factors that influence primary school students learning by literature review and interviewing experts. According to the result of the questionnaires, we divide these factors into 13 criteria of 5 dimensions and establish a performance evaluation system for primary school students learning by using the Hybrid Multiple Criteria Decision approach (Hybrid MCDM). Based on these criteria of 5 dimensions, the Decision-Making Test and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used to explore the degree of impact and relevance among each dimension and each criterion in a dimension. Consequently, the DEMATEL is combined with ANP(Analytic Network Process)method to a new DANP (DEMATEL-Based Analytic Network Process) method to calculate the weights of each dimension and criterion. Finally, the VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method is used to determine the performance gap of primary school students learning to find out the ways to improve their performance. As results, dimension B “learning efficiency” has the highest degree of relations with the other 4 dimensions, while dimension A “scores management ” has the highest degree of influence. By weighting analysis, the most important dimension is dimension B “learning efficiency”. In addition, by using VIKOR, the maximum performance gap occurs in criterion “ability of solving problems” of dimension E “examination representation”. Therefore, the best way to improve the performance of criterion is to improve dimension B “learning efficiency”. Regarding a combination of DEMATEL, DANP and VIKOR as the integrated research approaches at present, there are only few research papers in education related problems. Therefore, we expect that this research paper and its experiment case study could provide contribution to education area.
