Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 人文社會學院公共管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === Abstract The Application of Voluntary Human Resource in Household Registry-The Case Study in Taoyuan County This study investigate what the situation of using voluntary resources in our country, including the voluntary resources’ planning or present situation, the voluntary management, the cognitive of voluntary service, and the status of using the volunteers. And using the Household Registration Offices in Taoyuan County as the object of study. With the depth discussion, we hope to understand the questions so as to strengthen the voluntary operation mechanism, and expand the scope of voluntary service. Beginning with the literature, this study helps us to know something about the voluntary services, the resource management, etc. On the other hand, by interviewing with the managers and volunteers, who work in the Household Registration Offices in Taoyuan County, we can know their viewpoints and suggestions about the voluntary service. Last, analyze these results , and we can propose some suggestions about how to put voluntary resources to good use to the Household Registration Offices in Taoyuan County. In this study, we suggest that the Household Registration Offices in Taoyuan County should plan the voluntary service cautiously in order to avoid recruiting the controversial volunteers. The fund for voluntary service should be calculate properly, and the training for volunteers should be plan properly, too. In the side of encouraging volunteers, should based on emotion and respect. The Household Registration Offices should build perfect social relationships, and hold activities on a regular basis. So that can help volunteers make more friends and expand friendships and living space. Be concerned about the health of volunteers and the situation of their families. Giving the support on time to keep the serving promise of volunteers. Key word: volunteer、voluntary management、motive、 management satisfaction、willingness to serve
