Summary: | 碩士 === 景文科技大學 === 電腦與通訊研究所 === 100 === In recent years, agriculture is not only for self-sufficiency but also for the export foreign trends in Taiwan. Orchids are the majority flowers that grow gradually in the international market. In order to effectively stand out from other export countries, choosing good quality of the orchids is the first thing. Starting from the way of planting through filter good quality of orchids, every step is very important before shipping. To ensure the quality of flowers, it needs to be work done by hand. However, it costs massive manpower to do the job. If the quality inspection system can be simple and control easily, it will help reduce the unnecessary manpower and to work for other jobs.
In this case, this thesis uses image processing and artificial intelligence with white LED light and dimmable LED Driver. It became a simple quality inspection system for orchids which use morphological image process and search boundary to identify the thickness, quantity, and breakage of orchid leaves. In the meantime, the genetic algorithms in artificial intelligence are used to find the appropriate of filter values and to achieve the quality inspection system for orchids.
