There are more patients need to be take care, it’s too hard for traditional Hospital Information System to collect the old data all the way since. There are lots of different Hospital Information Systems in many hospitals, in addition tothe problem of patientsdata standardization, lack of flexibility and scalability is the main reason to cause the restriction of the Medical Center Development. The specialization of Cloud ComputingService may help hospital to overcome the dilemma. However, there are few hospital stratingusing the Cloud ComputingService. Therefore, this research explores barriers of hospitalby using the Cloud ComputingService and strategy of overcome obstacles by Innovation Resistance.
