In this age of high degree informatization and automation, the supply chain management became important tool for every enterprise to increase their competitive and existence. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explore the effect of the IS quality on perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, intention to use, and further the personal benefit based on Seddon’s (1997) model.
The results showed that all testing hypotheses are fully supported. This research intends to provide insight into the use and impact of information and system quality in supply chain management system for management practice and future study. However, there is still some procedures are not totally covered or exactly executed, that is required to be improving and correct furthermore.
