To upgrade the overall performance of the military training instructors depends on the performance evaluation . A good performance evaluation system can improve the overall efficiency, but would now like schools military training instructors did not establish a performance evaluation indicators, therefore, will cause this study to investigate the school executives on Performance Evaluation of the military training instructors, as well as the construction of performancethe motive of the assessment model. This study in order to take into account individual performance and school administrative factors, using the hierarchical structure of the Analytic Hierarchy Process concept, individual performance is divided into three levels: the first layer is the combination of individual job performance and superior officers to test the performance overall rating of the amount obtained;the second layer will be the point of view of the superior officers for consideration, to establish common assessment of the subject weights; third layer using data envelopment analysis of the region to ensure that model the performance of the candidates' personal performance. Performance evaluation process than simply using the performance evaluation of the school officers a more exhaustive, and the results are more fair and objective. Instance of this study verified that the same subject matter because of the importance of different considerations may change, that is the common weight will vary, and will be able to review the good and the application of the instructors to be retained In addition to timelythe unit in charge of making recommendations, inconsistent school performance expectations of the instructors to be counseling, in order to achieve the purpose to improve the overall administrative performance.
