| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === Aircraft maintenance consumes a lot of manpower and resources and has the significant influence to the accomplishment of flight mission. Therefore, a good quality of military components will effectively increase the life of aircraft as well as achieve better performance. In response to customer complaints resulting from product maintenance problems, According to many researches that 8D combining FMEA is as tool to solve problems and improve the production methods. The major function of this tool is to analyze the problems what the clients’ complaint about and provide some permanent solutions or ways to improve the company. The key point of the quality of the products is also concerning the facilities. Therefore, the Total Preventive Maintenance is the way to fully eliminate the lost and the waste of the facilities. It, thereby, enables the facilities to rich the best efficiency.
The primary objective of this research is to provide a way to solve the customers’ complaints. Take the maintenance of the air force as an example, this research is used to analyze why products are with flaws. By using 8D and FMEA, we can discover the reasons and provide the solutions. There are research confirming that no matter the flaw is defective products or TPM, 8D and FMEA can precisely find out the causes of problems and help to solve the problems and decrease the complaints of the customers, providing maintenances the basis to improve the facilities.
