Therefore, the military academy education put influence on quality of its progress as well as the development. Due to the synthesis in above phenomenon, how one promote oneself for achieving the competitive advantage condition, to mold strengthens for building characteristic and to promote the education service quality, will increases the potential student come to study, and therefore become the key topic of the success management for schools. This research and unifies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory, and utilize the questionnaire survey procedure as the study tool. The questionnaire survey objects are from the 101 two-year-college and two-year-university students of the air force institute of technology (AFIT). The investigation and study from questionnaire is rests on the PZB three scholars to form the five big service quality as the foundation construction, and also referred to Taiwan’s education service quality correlation literatures and the experts’ interviews. By the instructor teaching and the counseling ability – guarantee, the communication and the concern - reactivity, the learning environment and equipment - visibility, the teaching personnel service attitude - concern and studied with the research atmosphere - reliability to form as the five big construction surface, promoted 15 representative criterion items to construct the official questionnaire. After the questionnaire recycles, the result are processed by using the Choice 2000th edition AHP application software under Windows operating system environment and personally subjective. The objective quantification and analyzes the questionnaire result shows the most important education item which should be therefore considered as the school most promoted item. The research showed that, in the second five big construction surface, the criterion which takes most importantly for the teaching and the counseling ability - guarantee construction surface (overall weight 0.323), next for studies with the research atmosphere - reliability construction surface (overall weight 0.258), finally respectively be the communication and the concern - reactivity construction surface (overall weight 0.188), the learning environment and the equipment – visibility construction surface (overall weight 0.138) and the teaching personnel service attitude - concern construction surface (overall weight 0.093), among “the guarantee” is the students expects the highest quality construction surface; In before the third 15 criterion, sorts five items according to its weight for to depend on the overall weight to sort for the specialized teaching accomplishment and instruction ability (overall weight 0.144), the technique skill certified examination according to the test (overall weight 0.115), the teacher moral character is worth trusting (overall weight 0.107), raise ponder ability (overall weight 0.085), the psychological counseling service (overall weight 0.084). According to the questionnaire survey result, the major part of students believe instructors’ teaching and counseling ability and the official duty study can have the remarkable influence to the promotion of the instructor’s education level. This research proposed the promotion education service quality essential quality attribute, supplies various universities in the improvement education service quality time the reference, and then increases the attraction willing for study before the student comes to go study and achieved the goal of school’s long term management.
