A research survey was conducted to examine the relationships among personal characterestics, organizational change and turnover intention, and to understand the reactions these NCOs have to the organizational change that related to their attitudes towards present job situations, benefits and promotions. A total of 193 valid questionnaires were collected, and the SPSS statistical software package was used to arrange the data. Such statistical methods as descriptive statistical analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlations, and regression analysis were performed to test the research hypotheses. The research results showed that: 1.NCOs with such different personal characterestics as gender, marriage status, age, ranking position, education level, seniority, unit department and salary have significantly different perceptions towards the organizational change; 2.NCOs with different personal characterestics also have significantly different perceptions towards turnover intention; and 3.There is a significantly negative correlation between organizational change and turnover intention.
