Summary: | 碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to investigate: (1)、to understand the current status of career development with the different background among school table tennis players.(2)、The differences of career development with different background in school table tennis players.(3)、Study the correlation of different career development factors in school table players .The samples of this study participated the national high school table tennis Games in the 2012, 24 teams of high school boys and girls were measured, totally 240 questionnaires were received .After we removed the invalid questionnaires , we still lasting 188 questionnaires, response rate was 78.3%. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistic, independent sample t test, one way analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis .This study found:
(1)、A table tennis players in the overall career development of the average score of 3.87 points, it’s moderate.
(2)、The study found that the age of playing table tennis on the career orientation and career development are significantly different, a players who played for longer time also plan more for the future. Table tennis players of different gender, academic achievement and sports scores found no significant differences in career orientation、career exploration and career development.
(3)、The correlation of career exploration、 career orientation and career development are significant. It shows that the constructs within career development are highly correlated.
Finally, based on the results of this study, we make specific recommendations to assist high school table tennis players to have a better career development plan for coaches, players, parents, and relevant units.
