To take the survey and analyzed by SPSS statistical software for data obtained using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis assumptions and results of validation studies. The basic level of Commissioned officers will upgrade by volunteers soliders in the future of our military. Commissioned officers and volunteers soliders whether stay or gone are depend on our combat capability. In this study, we found the object by military volunteers soldiers. With research to understand the current of volunteer soldiers in the working pressure of work influence the attitude, and try to explain the situation of working pressure by well-known model system. Working pressure of the model includes role stess model, demand control support model, and pay reward Imbalance model. To verify working pressure, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment resignation are significantly associated. Help to improve the ability of translation. A.Relevant and influential : (1)Working pressure and the associated impact on job satisfaction. (2)Working pressure and the associated impact on organizational commitment. (3)For organizational commitment, job satisfaction significantly associated. (4)For organizational commitment, resignation are significantly associated. (5)Working pressure for the resignation of associated impact. (6)Working pressure for the job satisfaction of associated impact. B.As the result : For organizational commitment, there has the effect of working pressure and job satisfaction.
