Summary: | 碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 國際企業學系碩士班 === 100 === For voluntary military married-officers, the relationships among job stress, job satisfaction, and work-family conflicts have not been widely explored, particularly in case of organizational reengineering from Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense in the recent years. As indicated in existed literature, high job stress will lead to high work-family conflicts; in the meanwhile, high job satisfaction will also lead to more harmonious family atmosphere, i.e., lower work-family conflicts. Therefore, this study constructs a more critical research framework to investigate the harmonious role of job satisfaction between job stress and work-family conflicts.
Research results show that: (1) both job stress and job satisfaction can significantly influence the level of work-family conflicts; (2) high job stress, implies expected position promotion under military working situation, significantly receives high job satisfaction; (3) job satisfaction partially (instrumental satisfaction) plays the harmonious role between job stress and work-family conflicts. Some meaningful discussions are also provided.
