In this study, the anodic oxidation method was used to fabricate titanium dioxide on the commercial pure Ti (99.5%), called anodic titanium oxide. In this study, we used anodic titanium oxide to apply in pH and sodium sensor with amperometric measurement. Titanium oxide is not dense existing charge leak, so we can use it to measure pH and sodium test with amperometry. Experiment results show TiO2 with 100 KΩ by 60 V fixed voltage anodization will change to anatase from amorphous during 350℃ annealing. Amperometric measurement of pH, it is stable and has high linearity and sensitivity. The linearity and sensitivity are 0.99 and 28.63μA/pH, respectively. The amperometric measurement owns fast response than voltagemetric, and with no time drift. We use the best pH condition to do sodium ion sensor. The measurement of sodium ion test displays two range reactions for different concentrations. The first range of sodium concentration is 10-6M ~10-3M with 5.24 μA/decade~6.15 μA/decade sensitivity and 0.959~0.96 linearity. IV The second range is 10-2M ~1M with about 77.23 μA/decade sensitivity and 0.999 linearity. Lin,Jyh-Lin 林智玲 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 64 zh-TW
