Radio frequency (RF) by Willkinson points will filter into the circuit, and the use of inductance capacitors to replace the traditional routing used on the transmission line to reduce the circuit area. Local shock signal (LO) is to balance the signal through the Balun circuit into the circuit, the same by capacitors, inductors instead of transmission lines to minimize circuit area. Antisymmetric diode is used in APDP (Anti-Parallel Diode Pair), in order to achieve harmonic mixing effect. One result of the IF signal mixer (IF) by the virtual circuit Balun guide out, on the one hand through the Balun virtual ground, supplemented by parallel capacitance to ground the other hand, the higher frequency signal isolation, both intended to improve three-terminal isolation between each other. In this paper the design of frequency 2.01GHz, power-20dBm RF signal as the local oscillation signal to 1GHz frequency, power 1dBm, and balance through a sub-harmonic mixer circuit 10MHz IF signal. Look forward to implementing the measurement results can be obtained conversion loss less than 15dB, three side ports isolated from each other of less than 40dB.
