| Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 100 === The unit served information operations in the Air Force, that be distinguished policy unit, executive unit and technical support unit from the top-down.It will be have professional competence before execute mission. the staffs have information literacy or the workplace have information environment both are already complete.That will be can support exercise missions in the Air Force.
The purpose of this research is to explore the information literacy of the all levels staff, information literacy can be solved the problem by information technology,this research design adopted the method of questionnaire survey with data gathered in an Air Force unit. The total selected samples were 250 subjects, among them, 219 questionnaires were collected. The rates of conduct questionnaires in this research was 87.6%. The survey was done using mean,standard deviation, frequencies, percentage about data processing mode of descriptive statistics. The research produced the following findings:
1. Almost all the work need to use a computer in the unit.
2. The people extend the use of computer time that information literacy have Significant difference.
3. Information literacy and information environment of the Air force staffs have significant difference.
4. The survey found Cumulative work experience and interaction between colleagues will be promoted the information literacy of the Air Force staffs.
