Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 100 === In this paper, we propose a repetitive sampling plan based on process capability index "Cp" which can be used as the alternative to lot sentencing for industries. The relevant parameters of sampling plan are obtained for various producer risk , consumer risk , and the process capability index that correspond to acceptable quality level and lot tolerance percentage defective. In addition, in order to emphasize the advantage of our proposed plan, a comparison is made with the existing sampling plan (Ton and Chen (1998)) in terms of sample size and the OC curve. The results indicate that the proposed plan provides the less sample size with the very similar shape of OC curves under the same level of protection. Finally, one example is given to illustrate how to proceed to the proposed sampling plan.
