碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 100 === In the trend of globalization, because of higher education competition fierce, so improve University teachers teaching quality, growing their professionalism enhance the quality of university teaching excellence, has become one of the important work of the universities to pursue. Because universities’ different positioning, to set all universities’ faculty evaluation indicators to applicable, it clearly can not be reached. However, the Ministry of Education and the universities really need to set a suitable and has wide appeal rubric as a basic threshold, the universities, according to teachers in order to develop a suitable evaluation indicators. The study using Wenming Li, Teng Junnyuan (2011) at the university teaching leadership connotation of its index of five factors and 55 indicators, selection of indicators to identify the university distinguished teaching teachers to assess the vote as a university distinguished teaching teachers' reference. Total of 35 evaluation indicators by summarized as total dedication related to teaching education, teaching performance and teamwork three types of evaluation factor. Selection of indicators, the research and develop outstanding teaching teachers empirical analysis of the case school of engineering and the school of management distinguished teaching teacher evaluation. This study combines the SMART evaluation method, and the factor loadings decision weight method proposed SMART-F evaluation method, and selection of the ten outstanding teaching teacher candidates in the empirical analysis.
