The way we do in our daily life – what we eat, how we wear, where we live, the way we commute – are all influenced by Internet. Consumers’ heavy reliance on Internet has opened up a new pattern of marketing channel for businesses. As a result, the network marketing is gaining its weight in nowadays’ commercial activities. The purpose of this study is to explore the possible applications and the way they may work under current Internet marketing arena, and hopefully the findings can help develop high-quality Internet marketing efficacy for interested parties to create their innovated services. In the service industry, innovative concepts are often inspired by interactions between service providers and customers. In this study, Road Ahead Technologies Consultant Corporation is taken as the object for a case study. Profound interviews with the company’s staff and its customers are conducted for analyses and exploration of innovative strategies and directions applicable to the characteristics and contents of the Internet service industry. Hopefully, the findings of this study can help businesses choose their best Internet marketing services and also provide references for the Internet service industry to innovate its services in the future.
