First, the use of financial, customer, internal processes and staff learning and growth of the four dimensions of performance indicators needs to convert, and the establishment of an effective overall quality of the performance measurement system, to find out the lack of the quality of management performance based on customer demand for re-use QFD to construct a demand model transformation, backward performance indicators to establish a program of action to improve the overall quality management of logistics providers. then let the companies can improve the overall quality of the company, and to maintain its competitiveness in the warehousing and logistics industry.
