Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 100 ===   The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among academic stress, sport behaviors, and physical fitness of high school students as well as the differences among participants with different backgrounds. The research target of this study was students in New Taipei Municipal San Min High School of the academic year, 2010. were selected as the research participants. Form of Evaluating Academic Stress, Exercise Habit Survey chart, and Physical Fitness Examination were adopted as measures of this study. The data collected were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Chi-square, t-test, and one way ANOVA by statistic software SPSS12.0. The results of this study were concluded as follows: 1.Participants were mostly male, enrolled in standard program, and studied for two hours per day. 2.Gender differences were significant in weekly exercise frequency, parental encouragement on physical activity participation, and experiences in sports organizations. 3.The weekly exercise frequency, participation in on-campus physical activities during high school, member of school team during high school, participation in off-campus physical activities during high school of male students were significantly related to their physical fitness. 4.The weekly exercise frequency, member of school team during high school of female students were significantly, and participation in off-campus physical activities during high school related to their physical fitness.
