碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship of the New Taipei City elementary schools married female teachers' background variables to job stress, leisure participation and leisure constraints. In this study, the questionnaires are employed. The researcher took 400 the New Taipei City elementary schools married female teachers as the research subject through the questionnaire, and the effective questionnaire were 392, the recovery rate of 98%. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows: 1.The job stress of the New Taipei City elementary schools married female teachers was intermediate. 2.There were 75.3% samples that have high frequency of leisure participation. The leisure participation type of the New Taipei City elementary schools married female teachers is intellectual activities, followed by artistic activities. 3.In the leisure constraints, the New Taipei City elementary schools married female teachers felt that the structure factor was the most important factor. 4.There were significant difference to the ages married female teachers of the New Taipei City elementary schools with the job stress; there were significant difference to age and the number of children of them with the times of leisure participation and there were significant difference to different ages, careers, salary and number of children of them with leisure constraints. 5.In the correlation analyze, the job stress of the New Taipei City elementary schools married female teachers and leisure constraints were positive relation and the leisure participation and leisure constraints were negtive relation.
