碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 法律學研究所 === 100 === We took concerted actions as the core of the research in this article, compared the differences between Fair Trade Law and Government Propcurement Law, discussed the reasonability of different treatments on concerted actions, and take the latest trend of Foreign competition law on conducting concerted actions into account, try to solve the conflicts and problems in conducting concerted actions of Fair Trade Law in my country, and support amendments of Fair Trade Law of my country on conducting concerted actions to make it more reasonable and complete . In the article , we defined and cataloged concerted actions first, in the second, describing the conflicts and problems in conducting concerted actions, third, introducing the rules on concerted actions in Fair Trade Law , major national competition law, and Government Propcurement Law of my country, in the last, as a conclusion. introducing the latest trend of competition law in U.S. and EU ,and try to support solutions on solving the conflicts and problems in conducting concerted actions of Fair Trade Law in my country.
