Summary:碩士 === 和春技術學院 === 電機工程研究所 === 100 === Nowadays, the most popular artificial light source which is applied to the tissue culturing of Anoectochilus formosanus Hayatas is fluorescent lamps driven by conventional electromagnetic ballasts. This light source cannot provide stable light intensity during the growth of Anoectochilus formosanus Hayatas because of the bad luminous efficacy. The thesis will focus on developing high efficiency and dimmable controlled backlight driving systems for cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs) and light emitting diodes (LEDs), and this combined light source is increased the growth of flasked seedling, small sized, and large seedlings each stage. In the research of the best combination, the average height of flasked seedling grows 11.09% and the root number increases 23.82%; the average height of small sized seedling grows 7.74 % and the diameter increases 9.74%; the average height of large sized seedling grows 8.28 % and the diameter increases 9.80%. This thesis used the Taguchi Method to set the light output of CCFL, R-LED, and B-LED, and light on/off period. The lighting combinations examined in this study have been proven effective in improving the growth uniformity of Anoectochilus Formosanus Hayata. Furthermore, the study has also demonstrated that lowered growth racks contribute to higher yield per unit area.
