A new method for decission robustness analysis also proposed based on AHP method. Empirical study is a case for pilot planning in university market. This conceptual framework includes five visions, seven strategies for business model and five site-operation elements. This theoretical foundation covers most important issues about future innovation and entrepreneurialship. Decision robustness analysis for AHP will compare with Likert five-scale method and direct ranking method with robustness pattern. The empirical results show that the first priority for five visions is respect for life and search for harmony with spiritual, emotional and body health. The top three strategies for business model innovation are environmental protection, sale service, and technological R&;D. The first element for site-operation is about the price. The future market sizes of vegetarian industry will over half of total population with major-users vegetarians. Future business model in vegetarian industry should adopt the goodness about convenience store and leisure restaurant. Decision robustness analysis shows that high consistency among AHP, Likert five scale method and direct ranking method. This research confirms that vegetarian industry is a future emerging industry and high consistency on their entrepreturial and innovation decisions with three different methods.
