It significantly cutting down the journey time from Taipei city to Yilan and makes Yilan a good spot for one day trip. Yilan has a great variety of natural resources. Ocean, islands, mountains, forest, lakes, waterfalls, geothermal hot springs as well as a rear geological feature, cold spring. The shortened travel time and natural resources let Yilan became a popular attraction. My motivation for this research project is triggered by Yilan's traffic breakthrough, domestic tourism highly supported by central government, subsidy to YIlan local industries and the aim to prompt tourism from the local government. The tourism industry is an important non-smokestack industry in the world. It plays a pivotal position in the international arena, conservation, culture of life, characteristics of the product of conductivity and creative development, bridge the gap between urban and rural areas and improve the socio-economic aspects. The purpose of this study is to increase the economic benefits of tourism industry. By analyzing the correlation between Yilan King Car liquor fort and the tourism industry, it can benefit tourism industry's marketing strategy. In addition, the study is to understand the operation of tourist factory and to apply the tourist factory's business model to traditional tourism industry. The most important thing is to attract tourists spending more time and money in Yilan. This study is to analyze questionnaires completed by randomly selected group and to provide marketing strategy of tourism industry for Yilan county's reference based on tourists' background and their response in the questionnaire.
