Service Innovation: Ta Tung Perspective for Silver Business

碩士 === 佛光大學 === 管理學系 === 100 === Abstract Right future goal is the basis for managerial effectiveness. Ta Tung Society is the ultimate goal of ROC founded since 1911. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical structure for senior service based on Ta Tung managerial thinking. For testing the practical application, we make a case study for specific community. This hierarchical conceptual structure includes one ultimate goal, three system elements, three hypotheses, eight scenarios and night strategies. For the convience of empirical case study, we transfer the theoretical structure into a simple structure, with one goal, four factors and eight alternatives. Based on the AHP method, we used two ranking approaches, direct ranking and class ranking, to test the decision consistency. A nursing college has been choosed as a professional community for the senior service in this case study. The priority of crucial factors for achieving the ultimate goal of Ta Tung senior service follows as high-quality of senior services, personnel training, resources inputs and technology consideration. The top three factors are in the same class, technology factor outside of the classs A. Hypothesis testing also confirmed this conclusion. The priority with eight strategic alternatives is significant difference by classification. Top two alternatives, C8 (multiple senior care-services) and C7 (home-based senior care-services), are in the class A. Only C5 (new department in higher education) alternative in last class C and other five alternatives are in second class B. In this case study, there is no significant difference between different methods for relative weight calculation. There is no significant difference between ranking priorities. Class ranking has higher consistency than direct numerical ranking between groups. AHP relative weight value of different calculation methods the program selection sort is insignificant, concluded that the calculus method is no program cis-bit significant difference. Digital direct sequencing method, as well as internal groups of the level ranking method consistency sort test showed that highly consistent level ranking method exactly the same superior digital direct ranking method. Final conclusion shows that Ta Tung management theory can be implemented by modern innovative strategic thinking. Future study should focus more cases with different communities to link government, business and social groups.
