碩士 === 佛光大學 === 經濟學系 === 100 === Our thesis is to study on individual of physician visits and living style in Taiwan's people who makes the differences in the relation. We also make the instrumental variable method to exclude living style that has endogenetic problems in possibility. Finally, we use the theory of direct utility to know how improving the effect. We found on level of urbanization in different, to analyze the regional sample in Taiwan's population. We use the sample to establish to healthy condition index (HCI), and to be our one of variable. Then, we use the factor analysis and cluster analysis to study in Taiwan's population sample that to use the new sample to be our variable. Finally, we using two stage least squares to analyze the theory of direct utility and to know the economic benefits. The results show that: First, the family style and physician visit have variability according to the different area. Second, when regression model to consider the endogenetic problems, the family style has different results. Third, HCI、sex、age and education, there are effect on physician visit in direct utility. Finally, if we want to improve physician demand by instrumental variable method, we can use HCI and education to ameliorate our physician demand and physician knowledge.
