This paper presents two band-pass filters. One is designed for 60 GHz audio and video transmission which is fabricated with TSMC 0.18μm standard CMOS process. The ring resonator technology is used in this filter design that technology can make transmission zeros on the both sides of the passband and enhance selectivity of the filter. The other filter is a broadband filter with transmission zeros. This filter is fabricated on FR4 substrate. The bandpass filter has a central frequency of 3.3GHz and a fractional bandwidth (FBW) of 50%. For generating the transmission zeros, we extend the length of feed line of one side which can replace open stub of traditional technology and reduce the filter’s size.
