Inventory management ensures the inventory quantity of the materials constructs the best strategy in determining of produce or selling products and serve for the company. The factors of inventory analysis contain: when to start ordered? How long is the ordered cycle? How many quantity of the order in each time? Therefore, the essential of inventory management is the technique to decide the best quantity for the future demands. This study analyzes optimization theory for decreasing inventory costs by EOQ theorem and we explore within a certain time, the demand for multi-season, the number ordered and order change, resulting in the total cost impact by the Nelder-Mead algorithm.
