In order to maintain the sustainability of business development, enterprises puesue every kind of methods and measures to enhance the efficiency of business, quality and competitiveness, as well as the integration of business flows to achieve the purpose of sustainable management of the company. Particularly for the manufacturing sectors, how to effectively handle the material management and precisely improve the production flow are important business strategies to sustain business competitiveness and advantage. In this study, a comparitive method of a case study of Copmany A is adopted, and the in-depth discussion is also provided in the case study.
