More human resources mean bigger enterprises. The unique human-based management philosophy and conscientious enterprise culture make Wowprime develop successfully during these 19 years. Chairman Steven Day manages Wowprime with half Analects of Confucius to hold together its culture. At last, he wins the confidence and support of all colleagues. The concepts of Wowprime management are: 1. Sincerity—to people and business, being sincerity is the first rule to obey.2. Teamwork—To develop the power of teamwork by pooling the wisdom and efforts of everybody.3. Satisfaction—To satisfy customers, company, families of fellow workers and even all of the people around you. There is no exception for Chairman Day to follow the interior organization culture rules made by himself. For example, supervisors are not allowed to listen to the whispers, this kind culture should be prevent in the company; walking for 10000 steps everyday; paying no courtesy call to supervisors on New Year’s Day etc. In Wowprime constitution regulates clearly: no politics, no business-government collusion. The goals of “three hundreds philosophy”for colleagues to reach are: traveling abroad for three hundreds countries, climbing three hundreds high mountains which are over 3000 meters, dieting three hundreds restaurants; climbing Jade mountain, swimming across the Sun Moon Lake, biking around the island. Besides the above-mentioned requirements, the practical measures of becoming a shareholder and sharing profits provide fellow workers to work hard willingly and consider the company growth as their own responsibility. The chairman of Wowprime Steve Day draws up the winning strategies as below: objective position, superior diversity and focused cultivation. Hence, Wowprime gains a great harvest and becomes the largest multiple steak restaurant group. In 2012, Wowprime turns into a public traded company. To make a comprehensive survey of Wowprime’s everlasting corporate culture, we can find the following reasons why Wowprime has gained the public support : working hard, playing hard, making much more profits, offering strong social responsibility and contributing on public welfare by brand-marketing. To look into the future, Wowprime still will bloom its new brands and reach its target to be one of the best multiple restaurants in the world.
