Drawing concepts from the literature such as separation, organizational socialization, leadership, organizational commitment, and training, we attempt to identify factors that affect management trainee turnover, using case study approach. The results show that “socialization”, “faction”, and “inadaptability” are primary forces that drive management trainee turnover during adaptation to the organization through learning. The results further indicate that “lacking of qualification required for management trainee”, “no training track records”, “insufficient training outcome evaluations” as well as “insufficient supervision”, “mentor’s management style” play an influential role of management turnover. The implications of results are discussed. Meng-Yu, Cheng 鄭孟育 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 99 zh-TW
