Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === Financial sector of Taiwan, the number of banks, after twice financial reforms; series of mergers and acquistitions, has sharp droped in from 49 to 37. Furthermore, after foreign banks joined the merger war situation, the competition in banking industry has increasingly intense. However, as global trade growing prosperity today, deep plowing local banks need overseas bases of foreign banks to strengthen the service to clients; and even with their international advantage, foreign banks need to rely on local banks'' experience to deep plow local market. Thus the competition between local and foreign banks; cooperation between local advantage and international view, has become a subtle relationship among those banks. As general congnitive, when local banks choose the cooperative partner, foreign banks'' brand value, service standard, response speed, etc., will be put into consideration. However, after refered to both domestic and foreign literatures, intense analyses and interviews, in this research we found that the trusty relationship is in fact the key factor. Especially when service, including quotation, respons speed, even foreign branchs''bases foreign banks offered can not highlight its differentiation, good relationship of trust then become key factor for local banks in choosing foreign banks as their cooperative partner, and it is also the most important cornerstone in maintaining both sides'' long term cooperation. It is our sincere hope that the result in this research may offer industry, not only financial industry, a referable reference in long term cooperative partner managing in the future.
