We will face to the era of discontinuous innovation. This study used qualitative research , Methods based on the theory of habitual domains, knowledge transfer . Analysis of relevance and impact of industry background from the cases of interview . And from Habitual domains of view to discuss the relationship of knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship. Otherwise with Data collection , used case interviews as a share and reference to derivation and validation of the theory from the data of the study . Look forward to structure generalization of the theory , description of the benefit of information technology workers the ability to entrepreneurship .
