Although long-term care needs of rapid population growth, but in the existing long-term care facilities system differences highly competitive circumstances, institutions must how to use strategies to maintain a competitive edge in order to maintain market share and business performance in a large number of competitors is operators in dire need of an important issue. The research method is to take an exploratory case study approach, the interviewee is engaged in agency operating in the selected case study industry executives for the object, and put the focus in the field interview survey focus on the formation of the business model of case objects further investigate the cases of differences and similarities between the issues, and theoretical framework of this study and attempted to dig out of context associated with the choice of business performance analysis. For the current situation analysis of the case study institutions and Chesbrough (2007) cross-checked against the six elements of the business model. The results of this study to draw conclusions, the value proposition will affect the market segmentation, value chain by market segmentation, value chain system can improve the cost and profit potential, value network operating system can form a variety of different operating mechanisms, and finally competitive strategy in response to the value of network formation of differentiation. I hope by the findings of the case study institutions, the elderly long-term care facilities to better business model, available to existing institutions, business or future plans to put into the care industry to build the business model reference.
