However, it is usually contradictory to complete between how to lower the production costs and to increase production qualities. Therefore, how to test the audio products, what equipments used to test them, and how the reliability and stability of testing results become decisions of audio products qualities and the reputation of factories as well. The purpose of this study is to create a full set of audio testing system to lower the testing costs, increase the stability of production qualities, and control the qualities of components. The study focuses on discussing tests of the amplifier PCBA (Printed Circuit Board + Assembly) board of audio system. The testing system combined NI-6221 DAQ card with digital and analog signal translation board and test software. The testing system should meet the following requirements: budget equipment costs, full testing items with high coverage rate, input function of the digital and analog, and testing data collection for future analyzing. Accordingly, the engineer has enough applicable information and statistical data to modify and adjust the design of audio products, to supervise the stability of production, and to control the qualities of components.
