In the combustion, greenhouse gas emissions is the major factor in global warming. Climate change is due to global warming, it makes polarization phenomena in rainfall and drought, such eco-environmental changes is one of the important issue in the world today. Therefore, it is Serve several purposes if we can achieve both engineering and ecology in construction. This research selected mountain roads as the scope. The Research on the Eco-efficiency comparison which higher between gabion and reinforced slope protection at mountain road. Investigate the cause of slope failure at first, then analyzes the basic composition and structure of the two slope, finally consult reference as the basic considerations to the construction at questionnaire. Subsequently, utilizes the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain the assessment factor weights and cooperated with fuzzy theory, then comparison score between Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process in expert rating questionnaire. The result showed weighting factor of “Environmental sustainable development” is the most important, and the result of two methods are reinforced slope protection higher than gabion slope protection of Eco-efficiency. The research expects to provide some observations on the ecology and slope protection construction by research factor and results, enhance the combination of ecology and engineering, and expectations can with the concept of sustainable development for each construction in the future.
