Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 運輸科技與管理學系 === 100 === The objective of this study is to cite justice theory and trust theory, probe the organization justice, organization trust and job performance, expecting under the change of management policy, by using limited human resource and un-increasing national defense budget to achieve the maximize of organization performance.
This research, upon literature discussion and questionnaire analysis, using on active duty military fighter pilots as research objects, focus on their subjective experience to the organization justice, organization trust and work performance, utilizing statistics software SPSS18.0 to analyze the data. Verify research questions and assumptions, totaled release questionnaire for 200 copies, retrieve 172 copies as effectives, the research finds:
1.Organization justice had a positive influence on the organization trust.
A.Colleague trust to the effect of in-role performance is better than department trust.
B.Department trust to the effect of extra role performance is better than colleague trust.
2.Organization trust had a positive influence on the job performance.
3.Personnel in Chiayi and Haulian areas with regards to the feeling of organization justice, department trust and work performance has insignificant difference and obviously better than other areas.
Finally, this research raises conclusion and suggestions to be the reference of future research.
