The study choose Dongguan -Da ling shan as a research area. Da Ling Shan has been known for its furniture industry. This research focuses on the the Dalingshan region due to the change of industrial structure and the clustering of behavior management for this company. And use reference with value chain, supply chain management, industrial clusters, as well as organizational adaptation related theories as the main literature review.
This study used a single case-depth interviews with qualitative research methods to investigate the case in the face of the Dalingshan industry cluster changes, the vendor how timely response to the external environment change and adjust the internal behavior and external business development of business strategy.
After this study and coding analysis of depth interviews, founding that the Dalingshan the cluster changes in four main dimensions which include the industry life cycle, upstream suppliers and downstream customers, changes in related industries, as well as changes in number of vendors o of observation, the impact of the study the case on the strategic behavior adjustment. The four dimensions were changed to affect the Dalingshan overall supply chain system and the transfer of industry cluster segments, thereby affecting the coping behavior of the vendors in the main customer base and product innovation, research and development organization.
