Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 合作經濟學所 === 100 === Concerned about the employability force is not only a professional careers development, and can even be converted to different areas of expertise the ability to work training, employability is a critical requirement for enabling both sustained competitive advantage at the firm level and career success at the individual level. In the era of knowledge-based economy, the rapidly changing industrial structure, the workplace must be capable of continuing to absorb new knowledge and adapt to the lifetime employment patterns and non-linear career path. Compared the past emphasis on hard skills training (such as: license, computer, professional), "soft skills" (such as: attitude, resistance to stress, communication, teamwork, etc.) it can make people more effective use of technology and knowledge, is the key to winning in a changing environment.
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between soft skills and its impact upon employability. In this study, the university students and Credit Unions employee are drawn as subjects conducted with a questionnaire survey. The study found that soft skills have a positive effects on the employability. Finally, it is recommended that through leadership, communication skills, civility, teamwork and multiple pathways to proceed in the personal qualities, knowledge, experience, cooperation and exchanges different aspects of training soft skills to enhance employability.
