Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 合作經濟學所 === 100 === In accordance with the stakeholders of the credit union, this study explores the social responsibility of the Shui-Nan Credit Union. Based on researches, the result is as follows:The key scope of corporate social responsibility begins with economic and legal responsibility, from theory to practice and extend as stakeholder theory. Members, community and staff are three important stakeholders of credit union. Shui-Nan Credit Union shows sustained growth trend in both the amount of memberships and shares. It shows a downward trend in the total amount of loans and the amount of individual loan. Their uses of loans are to improve lives rather than to promote production, and the difference between them is become bigger. The community is also a major concern of Shui-Nan Credit Union which it has participated in public contributions and education activities in communities since 2005. Through involovments in civilians’ bank capital formation project, providing participants educations of rightful concepts of personal finance, sharing of savings to accumulated indivial capital, teaming up with welfare organizations, and offerings of sincere care and assistance, are the four key factors to become a member of credit union and to stop the infinite cycle of poverty.
