Thus, those methods may consume time and have little effect. Or it has already adopted quality engineering in the field to improve, but the runs of experiment are too little to cause best parameter solves correct rate to be low. And the way is difficult to understand factors of interaction and unable to predict the reacting value under factors. Or it has already adopted response surface methodology(RSM), that doesn’t consider wholly to manufacture system, only make parameters of single process optimization and adjust individually. It’s easy to cause bad influences to the performance of output, quality, and production cost, even influence the equilibrium of the production line. Methods put forward in this research are to set up the optimization model of manufacture system, find out important process factors in the system, find out the relational expression of factors and outputs via experimental design. Making with whole system overall to consider, and then, consider the restrictions of facilities, quality, output, equilibrium of flow and heat energy in the system that put into and produce. Regard production cost optimization of the manufacture system as the goal, utilize mathematical programming to find out the best cost and parameters, to achieve optimization of the manufacture system. The production system of Rayon fiber can be divided into three major subsystems: (1) the subsystem of producing viscose, (2) Regenerated subsystem of viscose, (3) the retrieve subsystem of coagulating bath. The retrieve subsystem of Coagulating bath mainly include filtering process, evaporation process, crystallization process. In this study, focus on optimal process parameter in the retrieve subsystem of coagulating bath mainly. Selecting powerful and important factor in each process, via production system analysis, experimental design, RSM, mathematical programming . Receive the optimum condition of the subsystem with the minimum number of times of experiment, and reduce the production cost.
