This is to coordinate the “National Biking Path System” and “Tourist Multiplication Program” construction of 2008 National Focus Development Plan, that was carried out by Executive Yuan. The Taichung City Government hopes to provide safe and comfortable cycling spaces by constructing excellent biking paths systems, and attract more motorists to use bike as their riding instead of walking tool. This research uses the “Le-Chung Temple to National Chung Hsing University” section of the Taichung City Central City Biking Paths System as an example, to conduct questionaire survey on current satisfaction of the road section and relevant environment perception. It is through questionaires that the basic data , social and economical experiences travel symptoms of bikers are understood. Then these information are conducted into explanatory statistics and cross-analysis to categorize and analyze. Social and economical experiences of bikers are classified and organized, while bikers’ satisfaction are analyzed, and compared to the predicted goal of the original design. Most crucial elements of the current environment are analyzed by the cross-analysis method, to be the proof to improve biking paths. Also, questionaire contents of bikers should be overseen by this research, and organize of bikers'' satisfaction and relative environment perception of the current Taichung City biking paths. The sample statistic of this research is as follows: 1.Bikers of different social and economical experiences besides having significant sensual experiences according to their ages, there are no other significant differences. 2. Environment experiences and satisfaction of bikers have significant relevance. 3. The attention and satisfaction of bikers have significant relevance. 4.Bikers satisfaction towards environment are significantly relevant to their willingness to revisit.
