Road construction now are made of asphalt concrete pavement Regardless of the material use, the design method and the construction machines and tools, have attained a yet higher goal along with the technical progress. Since electronic technology is an efficiency solution for improving administration and management, our government keeps developing it for upgrading technology level for all industry. For improving the importance of material supplier in whole civil engineering industry, this research intends to developing a computer system for carrying out the quality assurance system of engineering material during construction period. The computer system is designed for improving pavement construction’s skill level and is well developed.
