There were 100 surveys sent out, and 100 of these were valid questionnaires.The retrieving rate of valid questionnaires is 100%.
This study has adopted SPSS FOR WINDOWS as the tool for statistical analysis . For sampling data use research method for example: factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test analysis, single factor variance analysis(one-way ANOVA), hieraechical regression analysis. The results are as follows:
1.The effect of internationalized perception on job performance is positive significant.
2.The crisis management has moderating effect on the relationship between internationalized perception and job performance.
