碩士 === 大葉大學 === 設計暨藝術學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === 　　　　The purpose of this study is to explore saxophone industry over the years developed an overview of the transformation process and the possible future development in Taichung Houli area.The qualitative research of interviews is adopted as the research method. Interview subjects are engaged in the saxophones manufacturing industry in Taichung Houli area. The main interview is to understand the overview in dustrial restructuring and the future outlook.Research results are as follows: transition time was in 2000, Zhang Lian Chang's offspring began to change management style, and after the ITRI's mentoring program.Causes the transformation, markets, resources, technology, and other factors. The patterns change in the production and marketing of the transformation, technology improvement, quality enhancement. Industry for ITRI's guidance on the marketing and promotion has a positive attitude.Difficulties in transition: a lack of funds,transferred from manufacturing to service industry adjustment,and friction between the peers,difficult to have consensus.In the mid 1980 's, the entire foundry network has been forming, and the gradual transformation of the industry.Development after the transformation,the domestic market increased year by year due to the ITRI counseling marketing.The proportion of the domestic export whether there are own-brand within the industry are closely related.SWOT analysis in the industrial environment, there are great advantages of industrial clusters; have the opportunity of the public sector to assist counseling; weaknesses is the small-scale industries, OEM someone else; the greatest threat to the Chinese mainland.On the future outlook, the industry hopes to sustainable development, to create a century great cause.According to the results of this study, the researcher makes recommendations for reference.For industry, to implement the instrument function of the association of musical culture, manufacturing towards high value added handicraft industry,both the development of teaching systems and follow-up services.For relevant government　 administrative　agencies, continuing counselling and assistance is necessary,set up a saxophone industry museum ,musical instruments section should be assisted by the local government authorities and the industry, characteristics of marketing and promotion in the industry.
