Therefore, this study interviews 347 junior high school students in north Taiwan and 341 junior high school students in middle Taiwan. The study’s purposes are listed below: (a) to investigate the opinions from junior high school students to leadership behaviors and the classroom management effectiveness. (b) Analysis whether leadership behaviors will affect classroom management performance. (c) To understand whether teachers’ background variables will have difference on leadership behaviors and classroom management performance. The study results are showed below: (a) According to the result of factor analysis, no matter what regions, junior high school students are both have the similar opinions on leadership behavior and classroom management performance. (b) Students from north and middle Taiwan are both consider duty and regulation is the most important factor in leadership behaviors. (c) Students from north and middle Taiwan are both consider harmonious atmosphere is the most important factor in classroom management performance. (d)The opinions from students in north Taiwan, if teacher can make students obey rules, have nice relationship with students; provide rich knowledge and rewards to students. The classroom management performance will become stronger. (e) The opinions from students in middle Taiwan, if teacher can make students thinking and care about them, can make students obey rules; provide rich knowledge and rewards to students. The classroom management performance will become stronger. (f) For students in north Taiwan. Duty and regulation, friendly relationship and brainstorming will affect the classroom management performance. (g) For students in middle Taiwan. Thinking and caring, treating students well, duty and regulation will affect the classroom management performance. (h) NO matter what regions.
