碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === This study aimed to explore the adolescents’ leisure participation, leisure attitudes, leisure constraints and parents’ discipline attitude at Erlin area of Changhua county. A structural questionnaire was applied to collect opinions from the junior high school students in Erlin area . There were 600 copies sent and 487 valid samples returned for further statistical analysis using SPSS 12. The results below are obtained: 1. Adolescents with different living conditions show significant difference in leisure participation. 2. Adolescents with different living conditions show significant difference in leisure constraints. 3. Adolescents with different living conditions show significant difference in leisure attitudes. 4. The leisure participation of adolescents is influenced by adolescents’ leisure attitude, parents’ attitude and the leisure constraints. Several suggestions were provided to the government, schools, adolescents, parents related to this study subject: 1. Government should build diverse leisure facilities, improve external communications and hold diverse leisure competitions. 2. School should reinforce the leisure education of adolescents of remote areas and help them participate leisure activities, then hold diverse leisure seminars or competitions. 3. Adolescents should have proper leisure attitude and acquire diverse leisure interests. 4. Parents should support adolescents to participate positive leisure activities or even join them. 5. Following researchers should expand the objects to the whole country with quality research to have more typical research results.
