Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === The Main purpose of this study is to use system thinking to explore the operational status of the case company in various change stages, and through multiple data collection to understand the dynamic complexity of the formation system. Through the stages analysis of change activities, an understanding of the case company generated to provide strategic advices for the subsequent development of the case company.
This study starts from the literature review and discussion, and collect information through the case company, staff interviews, field observation as the methods of research data obtained. Using system thinking to process the analysis of results in various stages of strategy, and understand the results of operations of system.
This study found that the case company is small scale business, but also influenced by the system operation deeply, so carries on the following recommendations using the results of the analyses;
(A) the establishment of technical manuals to enhance the accumulation of technological progress
(B) the use of problem-solving records to cumulative management ability of problem-solving, and the establishment of institutionalized management pattern
(C) to strengthen the transition plan instructions to reduce the sense of instability of the staff for the future
