Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === The aim of this study is to discuss the accommodated persons’ participation in skill training at three skill training centers in Taiwan and the learning effects once they are discharged from jail. Although the rehabilitated offenders are willing to find jobs, they immediately face problems of making a living and discrimination after discharging from jail. These obstacles will result in difficulties on getting stable jobs. Therefore, the reha-bilitated offenders are likely to recommit crimes. The effects of skill training on the re-habilitated offender’s employment are summarized as followings:
1. The instructor has a positive influence on the rehabilitated offenders’ result of certifi-cate exam.
2. The arrangement of program has positive influence on the rehabilitated offenders’ certificate exam.
3. The materials and facilities have positive influence on the rehabilitated offenders’ re-sult of certificate exam.
4. The relationship between skill training system and employment is associated with the change of statistics of rehabilitated offender population.
5. The age variable has interference on the skill training system and the willingness to work.
6. The education degree variable has interference on the instructor’s qualification.
7. The marital status has interference on the skill training system and the willingness to work.
The variable of rehabilitated offender population will not have significant difference with the change of the rehabilitated offender’s “type of crime committed”, “number of crimes committed” and “prison term”. However, the variables of “age”, “marital status”, and “education degree” have impact on the instructor’s teaching attitude and method, the consensus on program arrangement, the success on the rehabilitated offenders’ cer-tificate exam and job searching.
